Reporting; Account Type (As At Date) column has been added to the Account Trial Balance Report

A new "Account Type (As At Date)" column has been added to the Account, Deposit and Loan Trial Balance Reports. This column will display what the Account Type was as at the Report's "Date As At".

NOTE: The Account Type Range filter always uses the current Account Type.
