Account Close; may fail with "Account Balance is not zero" message

An Account Close may fail with an "Account Balance is not zero" message.

This may occur if there are Interest and/ or Default Interest transactions that are being reversed and recharged in the Account Close.

A workaround is to run Account Processes for the Loan before attempting to Close the Account.

Note, this issue was introduced by a change made in KB Article 16328.
