Admin Audit Logs; may create empty audit logs

Under the Admin menu, amending information on a record may create an empty audit log.

This was an issue in:

• Account App Type
• Bank Account
• Decision Card
• Document
• Element
• Entity
• Queue
• Report Template
• Script
• Workflow Type

Note, in addition User Data is now audited for Entities.
