New General Ledger Interface; remove "beta" warnings

The New General Ledger Interface has been taken out of beta.

The "BETA" note found under Tools, Global Settings, General group, GL and Accounting page, "Use new Interface?" has been removed.

In addition, when using the New General Ledger Interface, the warning when clicking "Finish" on the General Ledger Export wizard, "The new General Ledger interface is currently BETA software. Use with caution and check results are as expected." has been removed.

Note, the New General Ledger interface is still optional and can be turned on and off via Global Settings. There is no planned date to remove the original General Ledger interface - but at some stage in the future it will be removed.
