Account Processes; optimise by only including Accounts that are due to be processed
Account Processes can now optimise which Accounts should be processed.
This optimisation works by storing the next date the Account is due to be processed, when running Account Processes, in a new database field "DateProcessNext". The Account is ignored if this date has not yet been reached. This means Account Processes may be significantly faster.
Note, various operations on an Account, including changing a Standard Transaction or updating the Monitor Category, or posting transactions to the Account may reset this date - and therefore the Account will be processed the next time Account Processes are run.
There is an option to use or not use optimisation when running Account Processes - defined under "Other Processing options".
Note, as "DateProcessNext" is not set during the database upgrade the first time Account Processes is run it will not be optimised.
