Parameters; Default values for List type parameters can now be defined even if the CSV list is not specified
In certain situations, e.g. Report Templates and Smart Lists, you can define parameters based on the parent object (e.g., a Report or a Script).
When automatically generating these parameters, any "List" type parameters ignore the CSV list of items that is defined on the underlying parameter and inherit this list at runtime.
However, with no CSV list defined, you could not specify a default value for the list. A warning was given that prevented you from continuing.
Now, if no list is defined, a warning is still given but you are given the option to ignore it.
