Account Standard Transactions; may get stuck with error if value is zero

Account Standard Transactions generate an error when Account Processes are run if the value is zero. The error is "Failed to commit Bank Batch. Cannot partially commit Bank Batch. Value not specified.".

Whilst this error is perfectly valid it leaves the Account stuck because the Standard Transaction has not been processed and the Standard Transaction is not moved on to the next date.

This situation may occur if a script is involved and the script amends the value of the Standard Transaction.

Note, this change only applies to Transfers, Withdrawals and Investments - other Transactions already work like this.
