Bank Statements (Proviso) service; added additional validations to "Download Data" response

Additional validations have been added to the Bank Statements (Proviso) "Download Data" response.

If the response is not in the expected format, rather than reporting potentially incorrect information, the request is failed. A message like "Invalid Original Version Response. 'dataVersion' attribute found." will be reported.
