Secured Signing Electronic Signatures; added Email Templates to Smart Tag requests

The Secured Signing Electronic Signature service within finPOWER Connect now supports Email Templates.

This allows you to setup Email Templates within Secured Signing's website and then use them within finPOWER Connect to send differing email content for Electronic Signatures.

In finPOWER Connect, go to Global Settings, Electronic Signatures, Secured Signing and click "Verify". This lists the Email Template available to you, including the Template Reference. Note, there are both Invitation and Completion Email templates.

The ISElectronicSignatureRequest_SecuredSigning_SmartTagSendEx object includes the following new properties:

• InvitationEmailTemplateReference
• CompletionEmailTemplateReference

Note, although there is a property EmailTemplateReference, this is now obsolete and you should use InvitationEmailTemplateReference instead.

In addition, these Email Templates can be overridden per Signer/ Invitee. Each Signer includes these properties as well.
