Document Manager; Incompatibility between older versions and the newer "Files" page that could be enabled in Global Settings
If, under Global Settings, Document Manager, General, the "Use new 'Files' page in the User Interface (beta)?" option was checked, records with certain characters in their Ids would create incompatible folder names.
For instance, if a Client has a code of "A/B", in the older system, a folder name of "A#47B" was created. In the newer, beta, versions, the folder name was called "AB".
This could also cause an issue with finPOWER Connect Cloud since it always uses the newer system.
If using the newer system or finPOWER Connect Cloud, folders may need to be manually renamed according to the list below:

E.g., if the record code was "A/B", the folder should be called "A#47B" and NOT, "AB".
