Post Database Upgrade; Version 2.03 processes slow

Post Database Upgrade processes for version 2.03 can be very slow on a large database.

This process goes through all Bank Transactions related to an incoming Payment Method with an Uncleared Days value defined (i.e. non zero). If there are more than 100,000 such records it will be limited to the last 90 days.

Each Bank Transaction will update the Bank Transaction and any related Account Transactions, setting the new DateCleared column. This means there may be a large number of database updates to perform.

A change has been made to the thresholds. Now if there are more than 10,000 records, only Bank Transactions dated in the last 7 days will be updated.
