GetWarnings; Business Layer function no longer caches returned collection of Warnings

The GetWarnings Business Layer function no longer caches the returned collection of Warnings.

The following objects include a GetWarnings function that have been modified.

Account Application
Account Application Type
Client
Client Identification
Page Set
Security Statement
Workflow

Note, this means the overhead of holding the collection in memory is removed.
