Account Log List Report; selecting all columns in Data Export causes error

The Account Log List Report may fail with the error "Failed to execute 'AccountLogList' Report. Failed to execute Query. Failed to execute 'AccountLogList' Query. Failed to open DataSet. No value given for one or more required parameters.".

This occurs in you Export Data and select all columns.
