Excel Worksheet; new function added to return information about the Used Range

A new Excel Worksheet function has been added to return information about the Used Range of Cells in a Worksheet.

The new function is "GetUsedRangeInformation" and returns the start and end Cell References.

Note, there is also an option to ignore Cells that have no value, the default is to include them.
