Quote Account; existing but invalid Account Type Promotion retained

If an Account is added as a Quote using an Account Type Promotion, and that Promotion is subsequently closed or made invalid for that Account (e.g. Dealer is no longer applicable) when editing the Quote again the Promotion is cleared. This can easily be missed and the Account opened without a Promotion.

This has been changed so the Promotion is still displayed in the New Account wizard, i.e. not cleared, and listed in the dropdown. However, after clicking Next an error is reported to the user and the wizard will not continue.
