Account Reports; BDM filter not working correctly

When an Account Report, e.g. Account or Loan Trial Balance Report, is filtered by BDM no Accounts, or unexpected Accounts may be listed.

This occurs if the Global Settings, External Party option for specifying how an Account's BDM is resolved is set to "Dealer only".
