Loan/ Deposit Statement Transaction table; columns tweaked

The Transactions table in the Loan and Deposit Statement documents have been updated as follows:

1. Net, Debit, Credit and Balance columns no longer include a dollar sign.
2. Numeric column widths have been increased.

These changes have been made to ensure larger values are not wrapped on to a second line.
