Address Entry; Delivery Type not updated correctly

This issue applies to New Zealand databases when licensed for Full Address Verification.

If an address is entered for one of the special types of address, e.g. PO Box, then subsequently edited, the Delivery Type may not be updated.

To recreate:

1. Drilldown to a Client Address and click Edit.
2. Drill down to Address Lookup. Set Delivery Type to PO Box and enter an address. Click OK.
3. Change the Address Line from "PO Box 10" to "10 Main Street". Click Save.
4. Drill back down to the Address. It appears to be correct, i.e. "10 Main Street", but then drill down to the Address Lookup and the Delivery Type is still "PO Box".

In addition, entering an Australian Address, the Postal Id field is still visible - it should be hidden unless the Country is "New Zealand".
