Database Purge; enhance error message

The Database Purge may fail with the message "Failed to Purge Database. Purge 'Closed' Accounts date cannot be after d/m/y".

This is due to the purge date for Closed Accounts being after the "Archive To" date defined under Global Settings, Accounts group, General page.

Note, it is very important that Closed Accounts are not omitted from Financial Reports. Once an Account is archived it will no longer appear in Financial Reports, i.e. Reports may be distorted. E.g., if an Account was Closed and Archived in January and a Financial summary is printed for the period including January, any transaction values for that Account will be missing. Therefore, this Global option prevents Accounts from being archived where financial information is still required. See KB Article 11266 for more information.

The error message now states "Failed to Purge Database. Purge 'Closed' Accounts date cannot be after d/m/y. Accounts cannot be archived if closed after the 'Archive To' date defined under Global Settings.".
