Page Sets; Duplicating a Page now updates 'Left Align With' property of Page Objects

Duplicating a Page in a Page Set now does the following:

• Renames the code of the new Page, i.e., adds a sequence number to the end.
• Any Page Objects with a 'Left Align With' property set will be updated so that the property refers to the new Page Object.
