Transaction Payment, Refund, Withdrawal and Transfer wizards; now don't close after clicking Finish if opened from the menu

The Transaction Payment, Refund, Withdrawal and Transfer wizards now don't close after clicking Finish - instead the form is reset ready to start another transaction.

Note, if opened from an action on the Account menu, i.e. where the wizard is a child to the Account form, the wizard will still close immediately.
