New Account wizard; Wizard Validator Script not working correctly

When adding a New Account via the New Account wizard, the Wizard Validator Script (defined on the Product Type) was not being used under the following circumstances:

• Only one active Product Type exists in the database
• User Preferences do not define a Default Product Type
