Supported Country functionality; Business layer changes
The following business layer changes have been made to the Supported Country functionality:
- finSupportedCountryBase
- GetClientWTaxRate changed from a property to a method
- GetClientWTaxWarnings changed from a property to a method
These changes should not break any VB.NET code but may affect other languages using the business layer.
