Account Payment Reverse; Allows form to be dragged to Task Pane when this is not supported

The Account Payment Reverse wizard allows a shortcut to be dragged to the Task Pane. This is not supported and attempting to following the shortcut gives the following message:

Failed to open Form 'AccountPaymentReverse'.

No handler is implemented to open this type of Form.
