Revolving Credit Accounts; schedule is calculating one payment short

The Minimum Payment for a Revolving Credit Account may not calculate correctly where the basis is "Instalment" and the End Date falls on the date the final Minimum Payment is due.

In this case the calculation is one payment short, or rather pays off the Balance one cycle too early.

In addition, in the Account Minimum Payment Change wizard the "End Date" and "Residual" fields do not line up correctly.
