Reporting; Workflow Details report updated including the ability to list Account Clients

The Workflow Details report has been updated as follows:

• The Account Name is now displayed alongside the Account Id
• A new option to 'Include Account Clients' has been added
• When including Workflow Items and using the 'Item Notes' option, the notes will be formatted as per the Item's parameters, e.g., the caption will be displayed as the parameter caption rather than the raw value stored on the Workflow Item's UserData
