Decision Cards; Script now has access to Constants

A new Constants page has been added to the Decision Cards form. Scripts can access Constants via the ScriptInfo object, e.g.:

Value = ScriptInfo.Constants.GetInteger("MyConstant")

The following now support Constants:

• XML Import/ Export
• Decision Card Details report
