Summary Page (Version 2); Summary Table cells with a class of SmallBold do not appear bold

When using the finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder business layer object to render a Summary Table (ISSummaryTable object), cells with a class of iseSummaryTableCellClass.SmallBold do not appear bold; just small.

An issue with the render caused the opening HTML bold tag to be generated as a closing bold tag, i.e., </b>bold</b>.
