Credit Limit Captions; tweaked user interface

The Credit Limit captions displayed in the New Loan Wizard are quite short. If more than 12 characters the field now displays a tooltip.

In the Credit Limit Change wizard the Credit Limit caption has been widened to show more character. If more than 16 characters the field now displays a tooltip.

In any case, the best solution is to keep the Credit Limit description short. Remember, Credit Limits are generally shown together with a heading of Credit Limit.
