Reporting; Workflow Details report; New 'Display' option added for Items sub-report to allow Notes to be displayed

A new 'Display' option has been added to the Workflow Details report, Items sub-report. This allows a format of either 'Standard' or 'Item Notes'. When 'Item Notes' is selected, the Item Notes (or Parameters) will be displayed in a simplified format.
