Summary Pages; Account Status Summary updated to Summary Page (version 2) Script

The built-in Account Status Summary Script has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) type Script.

Any Scripts using the "#builtin" directive will be updated during the database upgrade process to now use 'SummaryPage2_Account_Status', existing built-in Scripts that have been expanded will remain as is.
