SMS; TxTStream New Zealand (.NET V2 interface); first message sent always fails
The first SMS message sent after running finPOWER Connect using the 'TxTStream New Zealand (.NET V2 interface)' SMS provider always fails.
A workaround for this issue is to switch to using the 'TxTStream New Zealand (XML over HTTP interface)'.
