On the Bank Account, Payment Method drilldown form, Other page, Direct Debit settings are shown even when NOT licensed for the Advanced Banking Add-On.

The "Combine Payment when processing Direct Debits" block and the "Defaults for rescheduling Dishonoured Direct Debits" block should only show if licensed for the Advanced Banking Add-On.
