Archived Accounts; now supports Document Manager/ Files page

Archived Accounts now support a Document Manager/ Files page.

When archiving an Account, files are moved from the "Accounts" parent folder to "AccountArchives" parent folder. The folder name is suffixed with "_#", where # is the Archive's primary key, ensuring the folder name is unique.

The Archive view form includes a General and Files page, if licensed for the Document Manager add-on, and displays the files from the Account, including meta-data.
