Page Sets; Number Box now has a 'Special Type' allowing Currency and Percentage formats
Number Box type Page Objects now have a 'Special Type' allowing Currency and Percentage formats.
Previously, if the number of decimals was specified as -1 then a Currency format would be assumed. Any existing data will be converted when it is loaded.
