Archive; added new columns to database
The following database changes have been made to Account Archives:
- ExternalId has been changed from a length of 64 characters to 40 to match the Account table.
- Added Purpose and Source columns.
- Added User0..9 columns for easier querying of database.
- Added indexes for AccountId, ExternalId and Description.
