Taskpane changes

Several changes have been made to the Taskpane.

• The View menu now has a Taskpane sub-menu from which the location of the Taskpane can be set and customised
• The Customise Toolbars options has also been renamed Toolbars...
• Double-clicking the splitter will collapse the Taskpane
• The Taskpane now has two pages, Shortcuts and Search
