Account Types; default settings updated for new Account Types

The default settings for new Account Types have been updated as follows:

1. "Overdue Basis" on Overdue & Defaults page changed from "Contractual" to "Overdue".

2. "Extra Asset" Client Statistic Data source on the Other page changed from "User" to "Not Applicable".
