Branches; Cannot edit a Branch if not licensed for the Branches Add-On and the New Database wizard has not been run

When attempting to edit a Branch if not licensed for the Branches Add-On and the New Database wizard has not been run, the following error may be shown:

Validation of Branches failed.

No Client Group for Client records created when creating a new Branch is defined.
