Shared User Data; User or Role Ids containing dashes may cause incorrect sharing

Sharing User Data, e.g., saved report settings with a User or Role where the Id contained dashes or wildcard characters may have caused incorrect sharing.

For example, if a User has a User Id of 'A-C' and this User was selected in the Share list, re-editing the User Data item may show other Users in the list, e.g., any other Users with a User Id beginning with the letters 'A' through 'C'.
