Accounts, Payments page; Cannot delete bank matches that include an ampersand '&'

On the Accounts, Payments page, bank matches that include an ampersand '&' cannot be deleted.

Note, after clicking delete the confirmation dialog does not include the '&' and any text following it.

The issue was the HTML summary page generated was html encoding the application shortcut to delete the bank match - it should have been url encoded.

The following built-in script has been updated:
