Log forms; optimised to access the database less

The following Log forms now access the database less and therefore perform better on larger databases:

• Account Log
• Client Log
• Security Statement Log
• Security Statement Item Log
• User Log

NOTE: When a log is created from the button or action on a form, e.g., an Account Log from the Accounts form, the id dropdown, e.g., the Account dropdown is now read-only.
