Reporting; Queries and Reports updated to handle new 'Declined' and 'Unwanted' Account Statuses

The following queries and their corresponding reports have been updated to handle the new 'Declined' and 'Unwanted' Account Statuses. Generally the change is to simply include or exclude Accounts with the new statuses. Where this is not the case, detail of the change is given:
