Transaction notes on the from Account of a Refinance can now include details of the Account refinanced to.

When entering the Transaction Notes on the Transaction Details page you may use the following special tags:

[To.AccountId]
[To.Name]

In addition default Transaction Notes can be defined on the Element used in the Refinance.
