Report Templates; Ctrl+E Edit shortcut not working from Query page

Pressing Ctrl+E to edit a record was not working from the Report Templates form, Query page.

NOTE: An issue with the undelying Windows Rich Text Editor means that an alert sound is made when pressing Ctrl+E. This does not prevent the form from entering Edit mode.
