Backdating Interest; if backdated to when the Account was opened the warning on the Account form, Financial page is missing

If backdating changes to when the Account was opened the warning on the Account form, Financial page is missing.

Note, the finAccountCalc function "InterestBackdatedTo" has been changed so that Nothing is not returned. It will now return the date the Account was opened.
