Detail Reports - printing text version of data instead of HTML Summary page; text should not be HTML encoded

When printing the Account Details report, Payment Details section (but do not check HTML Summary Page), a text version of the Payments page is printed. The code to print this text was using Me.SupportReporting.HtmlEncode which could produce unpredictable text output.

1. Account Details report, Payment Details section (non-HTML) has been updated.
2. Account Details report, Status Details section (non-HTML) has been updated.
• Credit Bureau defaults added.
• Workflows added.
3. Account Details report, Account Schedule has been updated.
