Worfklows; Documents can now include additional Workflow-related tags

The following tags are now available to include in Email and SMS Documents published from a Workflow:

• [Workflow.AllocatedUserEmail]
• [Workflow.AllocatedUserFacsimile]
• [Workflow.AllocatedUserMobile]
• [Workflow.AllocatedUserPhone]

Workflow tags will now appear in the Documents form when right-clicking a template field.
