fdPOWER EDI Interface Add On for NZ

In New Zealand, the EDI Interface Add-On provides an interface to the On-Line Death Notification Service offered by the BDM Office of the Department of Internal Affairs. This allows for the electronic registration of deaths and requests for Death Certificates, a process that was previously undertaken by the manual BDM 28 Forms.

The EDI interface model in NZ calls for the Funeral Director to generate a file containing the relevant Death Registration information.
