Key Details summary page Scripts now include a hyperlink on the 'Code'

The following built-in Key Details summary page Scripts not include a hyperlink to open the relevant form on the 'Code' field:
Accounts
Clients
Security Statements
Account Security Summary

This means that if the Key Details page is being used elsewhere, e.g., on the Clients form, Accounts page, it is easy to open the relevant form.

This also allows a duplicate form for the current record to be opened by pressing Ctrl and clicking the 'Code' link.
